Responsibilities

• Safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to medical appointments using personal or company vehicles.
• Follow app-based routes and assist passengers, including those with mobility needs.
• Conduct vehicle safety checks and secure riders properly.
• Maintain accurate trip records in the digital platform.
• Adhere to HIPAA and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with dispatch and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
