Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Role: Medical Transportation Driver Responsibilities: Safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to medical appointments, operate personal or company vehicles, follow app-based routes, assist passengers, including those with mobility needs, conduct vehicle safety checks, secure riders, maintain trip records in digital platform, and adhere to HIPAA and safety regulations. Key Duties: Collaborate with dispatch and support teams, deliver courteous and punctual service, and improve access to healthcare transportation. Qualifications & Skills: Strong driving skills, customer service orientation, ability to follow routes and safety protocols, and familiarity with digital record-keeping systems.
