Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver

Non-emergency medical transport company seeking reliable, compassionate drivers to provide safe, timely transportation for clients traveling to medical appointments, treatments, and other essential services. Drivers play a key role in supporting community members who need assistance getting to and from healthcare facilities.

About the role

Individuals will be independent contractors (1099). Each driver will be assigned a vehicle and a work phone. Drivers will have federal holidays off. Positions available in Hot Springs and Pine Bluff.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to scheduled medical appointments and destinations
• Provide courteous, professional assistance entering and exiting the vehicle
• Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle and follow all safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients regarding schedules and routes
• Assist clients with mobility devices such as walkers or wheelchairs
• Ensure accurate trip documentation and adherence to company procedures

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Familiarity with GPS and local routes
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus

Pay

Minimum starting pay is $15/hr.
