Non-Emblematic Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the buying functions and vendors to onboard products.
• Perform SKU maintenance seasonally in all systems.
• Prepare and edit purchase orders in the Merchandise Management System (MMS).
• Resolve issues related to fulfilling orders and follow up on order status.
• Responds to store requests and inquiries.
• Works with buyer(s) to determine the need for a new vendor.
• Researches and interviews potential suppliers to determine suitability to specification requirements.
• Affixes to assist in promo entry for non-emblematic categories as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned to drive business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail experience, within a specialty retail environment, in addition to possessing basic merchandising experience.
• Proven track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organizational skills.
• General computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office products.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
