About the role

Responsibilities
- Receive hands-on training and mentorship to learn how to perform ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and visual inspections on in-process materials.
- Ensure products meet quality standards using industry-recognized testing methods.
- Collaborate with operations, suppliers, and customers to maintain high-quality outcomes.
- Support and maintain NDE documentation, certifications, and compliance records.
- Help keep our NDE facility organized, safe, and efficient.
- Participate in audits and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- A degree, diploma, certificate, or coursework in a related technical field (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, industrial technology), or equivalent hands-on experience.
- A basic understanding of inspection or quality control concepts is a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available for this role).
Qualifications
- Have a strong interest in manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance.
- Be detail-oriented and eager to learn technical processes.
- Communicate clearly and work well with others.
- Be comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Be motivated to grow your skills and take initiative.
Skills
- Familiarity with NDE methods or certifications (ASNT, AWS).
- Experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards (ASME, ANSI, ISO 9000).

Schedule
Starts in 1st shift for the first 2 to 3 years, transitions to 2nd shift.
