About the Role

Carisk Partners HeadsUp Healthcare division is looking for a Non-Dental Staffer in Tampa, FL to support Dental, Doctor, and Leadership Teams as the first point of contact for claimants and clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for claimants and clients for all initial scheduling of medical or dental appointments; set expectations.
• Routinely speak with patients and provider offices simultaneously to effectively schedule appointments.
• Request, send, receive, and follow up on critical documentation via email and fax.
• Document and save all correspondence and documents to a secure company file.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Cold calling required; must be comfortable with cold calling.
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Analytical ability with adept research skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be able to multi-task, follow procedures, and have active listening skills.
• Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Outlook and all MS Office essentials.
• Must adhere to the company’s physical and information security standards along with training requirements.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Medical or dental experience.
• Contact Center experience.
• Bilingual.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $19–$21 USD per hour (Tampa Office).
