Non-Certified Snowboard Instructor

Job Summary

Experience the best office in the world teaching Snowsports to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment.

Job Specifications

- Starting Wage: $20/hr - Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 - Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available - Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age - Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities

- Teach group and private lessons - Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children - Deliver world-class guest service - Create a safe and fun learning environment - Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment - Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong snowboarders - Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Must be comfortable and competent snowboarding on groomed blue terrain - Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older - Must be able to communicate fluently in English - Strong communication skills - Must be willing to work weekends/Holidays - Must be comfortable being in snowboard boots for extended period of time

Pay and Schedule

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
