Responsibilities
- Teach group and private lessons
- Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children
- Deliver world-class guest service
- Create a safe and fun learning environment
- Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain
- Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements
- Must be comfortable being in ski boots for extended period of time
- Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards

- Must be at least 16 years of age

Skills
- Ability to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
- Fluency in English

Pay
The starting wage is $20.00/hr. The pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives.
Schedule
Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available. For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.
