Responsibilities
- Teach group and private lessons
- Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children
- Create a safe and fun learning environment
- Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain
- Willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
- Communicate fluently in English
- Willing to work weekends/Holidays
- Comfortable being in ski boots for extended period of time
Qualifications
Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
Skills
The ability to be a flexible employee who works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one-resort mentality.

Pay
The starting wage is $20.00/hr. The pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives.
Schedule
Employment Type: Winter Seasonal
Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
Additional requirements for hires under age 18
- Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate
