Non Certified Aide

As a Non-Certified Aide / Hospitality Aide, you help enhance residents’ daily experiences by providing comfort, assistance, and compassionate support — without hands-on clinical care. Be a light — for residents, families, and your team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with non-clinical daily needs such as grooming setup, toileting reminders, and comfort measures
• Provide support with meals, hydration, and resident transport within the facility
• Assist nursing staff by answering call lights and relaying resident needs promptly
• Support resident safety and promote dignity and respect at all times
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors
• Observe residents and report concerns or changes to nursing staff
• Follow all safety, infection control, and resident rights policies

Requirements

• No certification required
• Genuine care and compassion for elderly residents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and support nursing and care teams
• Excellent attendance and reliability
