Support warehouse operations and assigned projects, focusing on shipping, receiving, quality control, inventory management, and logistics. Operate company vehicles for transportation and delivery tasks.
Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, ship, and label products; pick items from inventoried locations and pack orders for delivery to venues or other warehouses.
- Perform basic quality control procedures, equipment presentation, and inventory control.
- Prepare and process shipments via small parcel, LTL, and internal fleet.
- Operate industrial powered forklifts (e.g., sit-down, reach, stock picker, powered pallet jack).
- Operate company vehicles for delivery and transportation of goods; ensure timely and safe delivery to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Perform daily checklists on forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Participate in safety team initiatives and adhere to all safety protocols and transportation regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area; perform necessary equipment maintenance.
- Uphold high service standards while maintaining operational efficiency and cohesive relationships with other departments.
- Maintain working knowledge of equipment and stay updated on warehouse management systems (WMS).
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs. independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using an RF-based WMS system (preferred).
- Experience operating industrial forklift equipment.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and telematics/electronic ELD logs (preferred).

Work Environment
Work is performed in a warehouse and driving environment, including event venues. Exposure to outdoor temperatures, dirt, sand, and dust is common. Noise levels vary from moderately quiet to loud. Team members may handle high-end audio-visual equipment and electrical components.
Working hours may include irregular shifts, on-call status, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Driving duties expose team members to various weather conditions and road environments. Long periods of sitting, as well as physical activity for loading and unloading, are required. Adherence to safety protocols and traffic laws is mandatory.
Office work may also be required, with similar irregular hours and on-call status.
Pay
Hourly pay range: $18.77 - $24.40. Compensation is based on qualifications, location, travel, relevant work experience, and skills. Eligibility for overtime, bonuses, or incentives may apply.
