Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vans, buses, or other non-CDL vehicles to transport employees to and from project sites.
• Follow designated routes and schedules while complying with all company policies and traffic regulations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate transportation logs and vehicle records as required.
• Support yard, warehouse, and craft operations during non-driving periods.
• Auxiliary tasks include material organization, inventory movement, and housekeeping activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate vans, buses, and other non-CDL vehicles.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, industrial, maintenance, warehouse, or transportation environments.
• Experience transporting personnel and handling materials or equipment.
• Familiarity with DOT and vehicle safety requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and carry materials.
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles multiple times throughout the day.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
