Non-CDL Driver / Laborer

About the role

Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.
Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer’s belongings.
Work with a team of movers to load and unload moving trucks.
Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and maneuver a box truck.
• Participate in paid training and support program to drive a commercial vehicle and obtain your DOT certificate at no cost to you.
• Complete online career advancement training program.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and good driving record over the last 5 years.
• Candidates are expected to have reliable transportation to/from work.
• Must be willing to authorize a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Pay

Starting pay: $20/hour plus tips.
Opportunities for additional pay include: Optional long-distance moves, overtime hours, and a $1 pay raise every 6 months if performance metrics are met.

HOURS
Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday (Sundays optional based on demand).
