Non-CDL Driver

About the role

We are seeking dependable, professional, and experienced Non-CDL Drivers to join our snow removal team. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. The position is temporary/seasonal and requires in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Supervising other laborers
• Training team members on site‑specific needs, safe equipment operation, and safety protocols
• Navigating between job sites
• Communicating and interacting professionally with clients and crew members

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 seasons of commercial snow plowing experience
• Prior experience operating snowplows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products

Schedule

• On‑call availability 24/7 during snow events
• Ability to work long shifts and extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays
