About the role

We are currently seeking dedicated and safety-focused Bus Drivers to join our team in Allentown, PA. This position requires evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safety-Focused Operations: Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Passenger Care: Ensure smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all passengers.
• Vehicle Vigilance: Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report any maintenance issues, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Adherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, or flexible work schedules as needed
• Ability to complete DOT drug testing and physical

Physical Requirements

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day)
• Frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
• Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday
• Lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
• Occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to file or equipment stored at ground level
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job
• Tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise

Pay

Competitive compensation of $20.00 an hour with potential for annual merit increases.
