About the Position

We are looking for a Non-CDL Driver in Scotia, NY, offering $22 per hour. This position involves hauling empty bottles and cans across Central NY, with a focus on local routes. You'll enjoy a supportive environment, ensuring you have the resources you need to succeed.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 10-hour days

Hours: 50-60 hours during peak season

Responsibilities

• Hauling empty bottles and cans from local mom-and-pop and retail stores.
• Identifying and tagging bags of bottles and cans, which can weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Carrying 5-6 bags by hand at a time and loading them onto the trailer.
• Unloading at the warehouse (handled by warehouse staff).

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years).
• Valid Driver's License and DOT Med Card.
• Ability to safely lift and move bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ year of handling experience (Heavy Touch).
