Non-CDL Delivery Driver

About the role

Imperial Dade is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join a dynamic and growing team. This position offers a chance to contribute to the continued success of the business while working flexible hours from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to stops per day
• Unload merchandise using a hand, a pallet jack, and a dolly
• Deliver to the customer's preferred location
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Operate a 24' box truck with air brakes up to 25,999 GVW
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after the trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing attitude

Requirements

• A good driving record
• One year of route delivery experience
• One year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
• Pass a DOT medical exam and a Non-DOT drug exam

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18 - $22 per hour.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (or until the daily route is completed).
