About the role

Miller Transportation Group is a rapidly growing leader in the transportation industry, family-owned and operated since 1912, headquartered in Lumberton, New Jersey. The company operates several business units including Miller Truck Leasing, Miller Dealerships, Miller Dedicated Services, and Miller Brokerage Services. Miller Dedicated Services is hiring Non-CDL or CDL B Delivery Drivers as needed for a Vineland, NJ client.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 26‑foot straight truck to deliver produce to restaurants, schools, and hospitals.
• Break down pallets into hand carts for each delivery.
• Drop deliveries into customer refrigerators.
• Typically handle 10‑12 stops per day.

Requirements

• Experience as a Delivery Driver and experience driving a 26‑foot straight truck.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug test, and criminal background check.

Pay

• Non-CDL: $210 Daily Rate + Multiple Bonuses with potential of up to $70 Daily.
• CDL B: $250 Daily Rate + Multiple Bonuses with potential of up to $70 Daily.
• Pay Range: $210.00‑$280.00 per day.

Schedule

• Monday – Saturday (Saturday work required).
• One designated day off during the week.
• Start time: 4:00 AM.
