Relay Express is seeking diligent and motivated Box Truck Drivers to join their team. The role involves local deliveries to post offices in the Romulus area, utilizing a pallet jack for loading and unloading packages. The position offers consistent weekday work with weekend opportunities for additional earnings.
Start time is 9:00am. Compensation is based on mileage: $0.60 per loaded mile and $0.30 per unloaded mile.
- Conduct local deliveries to Romulus area post offices.
- Utilize a pallet jack for loading and unloading packages efficiently.
- Manage local pick-ups, delivering goods back to the facility for unloading.
- Maintain vehicle and equipment in compliance with safety and operational standards.
Medical Fitness
Current DOT Medical Card required.
Experience
At least 6 months of verifiable experience driving a box truck in a commercial setting is required.
Driving Record
A clean motor vehicle report is necessary.
Background Check
A background check must be passed.
Fleet
Drive reliable 2022 or newer model box trucks with roadside assistance included.
Pay
Weekly pay settlements every Friday.
