Comfort with procedures preferred but not required
ICU coverage with Pulmonary Critical Care consultation
High acuity ICU patients transferred to MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center
Admissions average 8 per 12 hr shift with APP support until midnight
Telerehealth may be added at a future date

The 24/7 14-bed ED had over 20,000 visitors last year.
