Primary location

  • MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center - 67 ICU/CCU Beds
  • MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center - 7 ICU Beds

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $578,340
  • Recruitment incentive: $75,000
  • Moving allowance up to $15,000
  • Annual CME allowance: $6,000
  • Malpractice with tail coverage
  • Retirement options (403B with 6.5% match + 457B)
