The role involves leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions for a variety of projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of software solutions
• Manage project resources including developers, designers, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
• Participate in regular stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
• Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
• Document project processes and procedures for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)

Qualifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
