About the role
The Nocturnist will provide diagnostic and assessment services, therapeutic services, preventative health care services, daily rounding, patient referrals (as required), and other duties within the scope of the position covering the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic and assessment services
- Offer therapeutic services
- Implement preventative health care services
- Perform daily rounding
- Make patient referrals as needed
- Perform other duties within the scope of the position
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Experience in hospital medicine preferred
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Current New York State Medical License
- Passing score on the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) exam
