Tier 1-2 Support
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot the DQE Communications Customer Network
- Manage Network Operations Center tasks including trouble ticket queues, inbound and outbound calls, email support inboxes, and additional work required by network events
Required Skills/Abilities
- Independently analyze, communicate, and resolve problems
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Expertise with basic computer hardware, PC desktop operating systems, and applications
- Analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to show initiative and sound judgment
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for hardware and software configuration management and tracking
- Linux/Mac experience a plus
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree preferred
- Certifications from a technical trade school encouraged
- Prior experience in technical support roles preferred
