NOC Shift LVN for Peds

Pay: $40 per hour

Schedule

• Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Shift Hours: 07:00 PM – 07:00 AM

Requirements

• Must have an active LVN license
• Over one year of experience as an LVN
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

This role involves working with a pediatric patient who is dependent on G tube, Trach, and Vent.
