About the role
Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) responsible for providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with complex needs, including G tube, trach, and ventilator dependence.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Administer prescribed nursing services and monitor patient conditions.
- Identify physiologic and psychosocial changes through assessment.
- Collect, analyze, and document healthcare data and diagnoses.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting over 50 lbs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid LVN license with over one year of experience.
- Ability to work independently within a team setting.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable working with pediatric patients with complex medical needs.
Schedule
Overnight shifts.
