Requirements
- Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- One (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility
- Previous supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan
- Conduct resident assessments
- Act as a team leader and advocate for residents
- Ensure residents are comfortable and safe through your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail
As a Nurse Manager you are the backbone of the Clinical Department, ensuring our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Park Ridge.
