NOC CNA Certified Nursing Assistant - Clearbrook Inn (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Check each guest/patient routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes and the care plan.
• Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guests/patient's daily care routine have been made on the care plan.

Qualifications

• CNA license certification prior to hiring.
• Must have a current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.
• Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
• Recent Long-Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab experience (LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred).
