Noc Administrator

About the role

We are currently seeking a Network Administrator 3rd shift (10PM to 6AM) to join our team. This program is establishing a modern secure web service (SWS) operation as part of a state-of-the-art, highly automated platform capable of supporting a rapidly expanding customer population. This position is based in San Antonio, TX and is 100% on-site. The role is a Contract to Hire position with an anticipated application deadline of Oct 16, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Network monitoring of connections and performance to ensure network availability for user access and services.
• Proactively identify risks and issues in the network and complete actions to mitigate them.
• Able to plan, coordinate and implement network maintenance, installation, and security to protect and improve network infrastructure.
• Receive and review user requests to establish or resolve issues with user access to services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers or vendors.
• Configure, install, and maintain network devices and software.

Requirements

• Currently possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Currently possess DoD 8570 certification at least IAT level II (e.g., Security+ce).
• BS in computer science or IT and 4+ years of experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
• Comfortable working 24×7 shifts
