About the role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-centric Gas Station Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be exposed to the elements of an indoor/outdoor work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, answer questions, and operate cash register
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
  • Stay up to date on promotions to provide accurate information to customers
  • Maintain clean building and grounds
  • Restock inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals and maintain a high level of quality

Requirements
