About the role

As a Director in the ESG Consulting Department, you will be responsible for managing the department, leading consulting projects, expanding the department, recruiting talent, sharing knowledge, and injecting ESG knowledge into our products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ESG Consulting Department, providing final responsibility for each project led by project leaders and overseeing project directors.
• Expand the ESG Consulting Department by working alongside CSuO to develop strategies and execute them, including new service development.
• Recruit necessary personnel to support the department's growth.
• Share ESG insights through webinars, ESG study sessions, and white papers.
• Integrate ESG knowledge into our products by providing data (created by our ESG experts) used in our products.

Requirements

• Experience as a manager in an ESG consulting firm or department (at least 2 years)
• Experience with ESG evaluation and disclosure services

Qualifications

• Experience with IT/deployment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental sustainability
• Experience with third-party guarantee services
• Business-level English proficiency and experience using English

Pay

$1,150,000 - $1,500,000 annually

Schedule

Flexible work schedule (core hours are 10-15), remote work is flexible, part-time work is possible. Adjustments can be made based on individual performance and circumstances.
