About the role
As part of the development of our "flying car," you will be responsible for establishing the operational framework, coordinating with regulatory authorities, creating and applying plans and procedures, designing processes, training personnel, and providing consulting and support services related to the operation of the "flying car" to customers and partners.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of management experience in an aviation company or aviation equipment user company (fixed-wing or rotary-wing).
- Proficient in aviation laws and regulations.
- Experience in creating and applying permits and regulations.
- Skills in creating documents and presentations using PC.
- English proficiency (TOEIC 650, JLPT N2, or equivalent).
Preferred Skills
- Experience as a safety oversight manager.
- Hold a Commercial Pilot's License or Operational Certification.
- Experience in obtaining new permits for air transport operations or changing existing plans.
Employment Type
Full-time employee or contract employee with a probationary period of 3 to 6 months. The initial workplace can be determined based on personal preference. If the initial workplace is either the Tokyo office or Osaka office, remote work is generally possible. Changes: locations designated by the company (including remote work locations).
Working Hours
Flexible working hours: 8 hours per day, no core working hours. Basic working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (60-minute break). Overtime: available.

Salary Range
Potential annual salary: 6,850,000 - 13,000,000 yen. Monthly salary: 571,000 - 1,084,000 yen. Additional overtime pay: 45 hours at 197,680 - 375,239 yen.
