The NK Sales Representative role is part of a partnership between a managing company and a partner company that handles all applications and next steps. This position is open to individuals based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Support modern agriculture by helping growers access innovative seed solutions and improve farm performance.
- Manage customer relationships, drive territory growth, and deliver value through consultative agricultural sales.
- Combine agronomic expertise, business development, and customer partnership to achieve measurable market impact.
- Work closely with growers, channel partners, and internal teams to promote sustainable farming practices and advanced solutions.
- Play a key role in expanding market presence while supporting farmers with products designed for real-world agricultural needs.
- Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling, technical expertise, and consistent field support.
- Engage with channel partners to improve grower connections and ensure effective delivery of agricultural solutions.
- Manage territory resources, operational budgets, selling expenses, and marketing funds according to established guidelines.
- Maintain awareness of market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience with significant agricultural industry background.
- At least 2 years of agronomic sales experience or related agricultural customer-facing experience.
- A strong understanding of farming practices, crop solutions, and agricultural market dynamics.
- A demonstrated ability to sell, negotiate, and consult with customers.
- A strong customer focus with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- An ability to manage budgets, selling expenses, and territory resources effectively.
- Experience collaborating with retail partners, distributors, or agricultural networks is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
