Responsibilities

• Help residents manage their daily medication needs safely, consistently, and according to their physicians' instructions.
• Support residents in managing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to the instructions of the Nurse Shift Supervisor and the Director of Wellness.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents, while following company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Medication Administration Records (MAR) and doctors' orders.

Qualifications

• Maintain an abiding respect for the elderly and remain calm at all times.
• Reliable, dependable, and observant.
• Must have at least an HHA certificate.
• Must hold a New Jersey state med tech certification to apply for this position.
