About the role
Nissan of Cool Springs is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a proven track record of selling high-quality Nissan vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough vehicle evaluations and provide customers with accurate and transparent valuations.
- Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate Nissan models.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiate prices, and assist with the entire sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the sale.
- Manage inventory, ensuring vehicles are displayed attractively and are ready for sale.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new Nissan models, features, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and other dealership staff.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience with Kelley Blue Book or similar valuation tools.
- Knowledge of various financing options and insurance policies.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence.

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and performance.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability as needed.
