About the role
A rare opportunity to join the highly successful Passport Auto Group as an Automotive Service Technician in Alexandria, VA.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex automotive repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic tools
- Service vehicles according to manufacturer’s specifications
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Operate state-of-the-art equipment and tools
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of automotive repair experience
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with occasional overtime
