Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly route-based inspections of assigned properties to identify and document lighting outages, electrical hazards, and fixture deficiencies.
- Survey and report issues including damaged bell boxes, exposed wiring, broken, worn, or leaning light fixtures, and other safety concerns.
- Accurately record findings using company-provided reporting tools and submit detailed inspection reports each shift.
- Maintain awareness of site conditions and promptly flag urgent safety or maintenance issues requiring immediate attention.
