Qualifications

• Active clinical license in Idaho (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW preferred)
• Prompt and effective communicator
• Strong professional boundaries
• Timely documentation skills
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus)
• Comfort with electronic intakes, portals, and automated processes
• Comfortable discussing billing and collecting client financial responsibility
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to sign a non-compete and provide therapy services exclusively through Ellie during employment
• Engaged team member who values collaboration despite part-time status
• Passion for expanding access to mental health care locally
