Mental Health Therapist - Evenings & Weekends

Position Details

Vesta, Inc. is a not-for-profit mental health organization seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join their team at their Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Silver Spring, Maryland. The role involves providing clinical services to individuals with various mental health disorders, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and offering supervision if qualified.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team for treatment planning and evaluation
• Prepare socio-psychiatric case history information and treatment plans
• Able to provide supervision (preferred but not required)

Candidate Info

• Licensed Social Worker or Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Maryland (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT)
• Supervision provided for graduate-level candidates
• Recent social work and counseling interns encouraged to apply!

This position

• Offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement
• Compensation is based on a fee-for-service basis, paid monthly per completed service
• Potential for bonuses and paid training
• PTO/Sick Leave: Up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year and up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year

Pay Range

$66,836 - $81,788 per year
