Nightlife Security - Bouncer at North Phoenix Night Club

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner
• Check IDs for age verification
• Manage entry for intoxicated individuals and assist staff with unruly patrons
• Maintain crowd behavior and ensure safety protocols are followed
• De-escalate conflicts and remove disruptive individuals when necessary
• Ensure a safe environment for both patrons and staff
• Maintain logs of security incidents during shifts

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a security or bouncer role
• Certification or training in security practices preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to stand for long hours and work in a dynamic environment
• Able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and calmness

Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests as they arrive, checking IDs to ensure all patrons are of legal drinking age, and monitoring the premises for any potential issues. You will be expected to handle intoxicated guests with care and professionalism, enforcing club policies while providing exceptional customer service.

Shift Availability

Primarily working Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm - 2am Possible additional shifts during busy events PAID WEEKLY
