Nightclub Bartender - Room Service

About the role
We are seeking a Bartender to join our team! In this role, your day is shaped by movement, energy, and connection. You’ll spend your time providing prompt and courteous service to all bar guests, including taking orders, suggestive selling, preparing and serving beverages, and clearing/setting the bar top and tables.
You will play a key role in fostering a high‑energy environment driven by passion for excellence. This includes delivering fast, accurate service while maintaining a friendly, engaging presence with guests seated at the bar. You are expected to execute all responsibilities with professionalism, precision, and a consistent focus on creating an exceptional guest experience. Each interaction presents an opportunity to deliver a memorable experience by anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and establishing genuine connections.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous service to bar guests
- Take orders and perform suggestive selling
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Clear and set bar tops and tables
- Reconcile transactions at the end of each shift, cash out, and maintain a balanced bank
- Follow sequence of service for all guests
- Accommodate guests’ special requests whenever possible
- Process payments according to POS and cash handling procedures
- Ensure all checks are closed out timely
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Collaborate with coworkers to complete required activities and deliver amplified service
- Offer a warm greeting to all guests
Requirements
- At least four years of prior bartending experience, ideally within a four‑ or five‑star hotel environment
- Ability to communicate clearly, stay patient under pressure, and approach every situation with tact and professionalism
- Familiarity with lifestyle hotels and their operational rhythms
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
