As a Night Warehouse Supervisor, you will help lead overnight warehouse operations by guiding associates, supporting workflow execution, and ensuring the shift runs safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role has a direct impact on team performance, inventory integrity, and the overall reliability of warehouse and distribution activity, while serving as an important link between frontline operations and warehouse management. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate warehouse associates during assigned shiftsProvide training, coaching, and performance feedback while ensuring adherence to company policies and safety proceduresMonitor receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes for accuracy and timelinessAssist with inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO stock rotation, and resolve operational issues while escalating complex problems to warehouse managementEnforce OSHA and food safety standards, conduct safety checks, and participate in auditsTrack team productivity and accuracy KPIs and communicate shift performance and operational issues to managementPerform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a warehouse supervisory roleExperience with warehouse management systems and inventory control practicesProficient in EnglishAble to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 50 lbsEligible to work in the United StatesAvailable to work Sunday night through Thursday night and remain on shift until night work is completed Preferred Qualifications Experience in foodservice warehouse operationsAssociate degreeExperience using RF scanners Benefits Annual salary: 75,000-80,000 USD/year401(k) with company matchHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending account and Health savings accountLife and disability insurancePaid time offPaid Holidays
