Night Warehouse Selector

Join our warehouse team and build a career with a leading foodservice industry company. Our Night Shift Selectors start at $21.50/hour and can move up to $26.50/hour, plus incentive pay, when transitioned to production. Shifts generally start at 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders.
• Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Move products from racks to pallets as directed by order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage-free.
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets from slots in the aisle, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English for training, safety, and job-related tasks.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday. Weekends and holidays may be required.
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work).
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Pay

The expected base rate for this role is between $21.50 and $26.50 per hour, with potential overtime and incentive compensation.

Schedule

Night shifts, typically 8+ hours, Sunday – Thursday. Weekends and holidays may occasionally be required.
