Sunday–Thursday, 5:45 PM – Finish (2–3 AM).

Pay

Starting at $23.46 per hour plus overtime and incentive pay. Average incentive pay of $6.00/hour with no cap.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders
• Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack
• Move products from racks to pallets directed by order-selecting software and equipment
• Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage-free
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets from slots in the aisle, and return pallet jacks to the charging area

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift
• Must be able to read and communicate in English (e.g., attend trainings, hold conversations, receive coaching, read labels, complete reports)
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday (weekends and holidays may be required)
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high-endurance or highly physical roles preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction)
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
• Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred
