Night Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Unload shuttle trucks and reload pallets onto route trucks
• Sort inventory
• Clean bathrooms, back of trucks, and sweep the warehouse
• Scrub floors, clean glass, remove cobwebs, and dispose of trash
• Maintain workspace and equipment
• Ensure safety and productivity benchmarks
• Auxiliary tasks as assigned during non-truck loading hours

Night Shift Responsibilities (When not Loading or Unloading Trucks)

• Cleaning bathroom facilities
• Sweeping and scrubbing the warehouse floors
• Cleaning glass surfaces and removing cobwebs
• Ensuring all trash is discarded

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Forklift operation experience preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines and case-per-hour requirements
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and OSHA guidelines
• High attention to detail
• Preferred: Voice picking experience

Compensation

Starting Pay: $17.20/hr

• Physical demands: Sitting or standing as needed, reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion.
