About the role

We are seeking a Tower Loader responsible for moving pallets of merchandise from staging areas to trailers, ensuring damage‑free loading. This fast‑paced role requires high organization and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Load pallets into trailers using forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or clamp machines.
• Inspect trailers for damage before loading.
• Verify pallets with RF handhelds or voice systems.
• Wrap pallets with stretch wrap and move merchandise efficiently.
• Perform equipment inspections and maintain a clean work area.
• Occasionally lift objects weighing 1–60 lb, often handling products at various heights.

Qualifications

• One or more years of sit‑down forklift operation experience.
• Previous loading experience with material handling equipment.
