Pay

$18.00/hour (annual equivalent $37,440/year based on 40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

• Perform professional floor care, including: carpet cleaning, tile and hard-floor care, auto scrubbing, strip & wax, buffing
• Provide fill-in cleaning as needed
• Complete special projects such as: exterior window cleaning, construction clean-ups, tenant move-out cleaning, other specialty cleaning projects
• Take before-and-after photos for quality control
• Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding building access and job concerns
• Help resolve customer concerns as directed by your supervisor
• Properly use, maintain, and report issues with company equipment
• Assist with company vehicles and equipment as needed
