Night Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues.
• Oversee the daily activities of the operations team members.
• Set priorities for the team to ensure completion of tasks.
• Recruit, manage, and lead a team with a focus on maintaining the functionality and safety of operations.
• Participate in monitoring and developing team member performance, including evaluations, training, and recognition.
• Ensure work assignments and schedules meet department, facility, and contractual needs.
• Ensure GMP documentation standards are met in compliance with client quality standards.
• Respond to client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Utilize company policies and guidelines to solve work problems.
• Achieve operational performance and functional service activities.
• Provide technical guidance and interpret policies and procedures to assist employees in performing functional tasks.
• Implement and manage quality control monitoring and safety programs; maintain a safe work environment.
• Supervise janitorial staff.

Requirements

• Valid state issued Drivers License
• Bilingual: English & Spanish
• 1 year of experience supervising employees
• Experience in commercial cleaning industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency required
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills

Qualifications
