Responsibilities
- Provide feedback to the Regional Manager and Regional Director
- Ensure employees are held accountable for their safety standards
- Resolve maintenance issues
- Maintain performance metrics and develop process improvements
- Resolve issues that impact service levels
- Attend customer meetings and build relationships with customers
- Cook up logistics activities with internal/external customers
- Ensure employees provide the highest level of service
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition and coordinate repairs with vendors
