About the Role

Company is a highly automated, high-volume manufacturer with over 75 years of industry experience, expected to grow substantially over the next two years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 8–9 operators
• Provide hands-on support on the production floor as needed to maintain workflow efficiency
• Troubleshoot operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production
• Monitor and drive production goals to ensure all targets and deadlines are consistently met

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Background in chemical manufacturing preferred; candidates with linear manufacturing experience will also be considered
• Experience with color matching processes is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with linear manufacturing principles, including the flow of raw materials through to finished products
